A forward, fruity, Cab Franc opening with aromas of red fruit, red pepper, and dried herbs, followed by flavors of red cherry, sweet earth, toasted, smoky, oak, and a touch of cinnamon. Pairs great with leg of lamb or perhaps a nice pork roast.
