As these grapes were waiting to be processed, a short, very windy storm rocked the winery, blowing tiny bits of our cedar tree into the bins. As a result, this Tempranillo is dominated by flavors and aromas of pine and eucalyptus mint, with tart cherry, tobacco and spicy leather along for the ride. One of a kind!
