Grown on our absolutely brutal Kyaham's Block, painstakingly thinned to just one cluster per cane, has produced an intensely aromatic, dark, thick Dolcetto opening with lighter aromas of ripening blackberries and creamy vanilla, followed by an avalanche of ripe, sweet blackberry, cherry, and coconut, with hints of cardamom and cinnamon. A perfect wine for a first date!
