2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

Don't swirl too hard, as this wine gives off enough blackcap raspberry and marionberry scents to attract every bear in the vicinity. Aromas of straw, chalk and cacao nibs provide a strong supporting cast. The medium-bodied wine offers an interesting flavor combination of chocolate-covered cherries, toasted hazelnuts, coconut and an earthy quality that reminded me of pu-erh tea.
