The rustic, in your face style of Syrah from our Sage's Hill estate block opens with strong Syrah notes, ground black pepper and sweet earth aromas, followed by surprisingly vivid flavors of red raspberry, dill, and hints of lemon zest, finishing softer with cocoa and light spices.  It will age gracefully for well over a decade
