Dusty ruby color. Aromas and flavors of purple flowers and potpourri, lavender candy, chocolate, and candied herbs with a velvety, vibrant, dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, intriguing, medium-length finish displaying shades of chocolate, concord grape and black currants, smoke, and violets and lavender with medium tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. Flavorful and fruity with bright acidity and a lingering, earthy finish; this wine would pair well with braised short rib.
Gold – Savor Northwest
This fantastic blend of all six red Bourdeaux grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Carmenere. Flavors and aromas of brighter red fruits, violets, and black currant with touches of salty vanilla smoothly glide to a long, elegant finish. This party of six is ready to join your table!
