Grapes from our extremely hot and sunny south facing Khyam's Block have produced a dark, dense wine opening with aromas of red raspberry and linden flower, followed by waves of ripe blackberry, sweet black currant and black walnut. For a special treat, try with grilled salmon or eggplant parmigiana.

A lighter, brighter Cabernet from the cool and rainy 2019 harvest season, showing bright red currant, hints of dill and black pepper, finishing with almost sweet notes of coconut and clove.  Bring on the grilled steak!
