2020 Claret

Double Gold–Cascadia International

A very full bodied red blend with aromas of spicy red cherry and red currant, followed by darker, red fruit flavors of black cherry and damson plum, finishing with firm, smokey French oak tannins, with hints of coconut and clove.  Begs to be paired with braised beef or venison with roasted root vegetables and wild mushrooms.
