Our hottest year yet with temperatures on Khayam's Block topping 120 degrees have again created a very dark, concentrated wine with spicy aromas of red raspberry and white pepper, followed by sweet black currant, blackberry, and black walnut flavors all supported by wonderful oaky tannins. Begs to be paired with anything grilled.

On the nose, this full-bodied Southern Oregon Dolcetto presents aromas of spiced plum sauce with prominent notes of sweet tobacco. On the palate, lively flavors of blackberry show nicely balanced acidity with some peppery spiciness and hints of brambly herbaceousness joining the mix on a lengthy, earthy finish.
