2021 Cabernet Franc

A wonderfully aromatic Cab Franc opening with red plum, ripe red pepper, earth and leather aromas, followed by spicy red cherry, fully integrated oak tannins, dark chocolate, and touches of coconut. Begs to be paired with leg of lamb or maybe eggplant parmesan with grilled vegetables.
