A classic Cab Franc from a cooler vintage with bright aromas of fresh red cherry and spicy red pepper, followed by flavors of vibrant red cherry and black currant with a little leather and tobacco riding along to a long, firm, tight grained oak finish.  Bright and forward now, but will cellar exceptionally as well.

A light and vibrant Dolcetto from the cool 2022 fall has produced a fruit forward, bright, lighter wine with loads of just ripening blackberries, pomegranate, and bitter almond, with hints of cocoa and maple along for the ride.  Great summer wine, could even be served chilled, would pair very well with grilled fresh vegetables and your favorite sausage.

A medium-bodied blend of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc bottled as a tribute to our three beautiful Akitas, Ginger, Dolce, and Crystal, who spent their entire lives greeting visitors in our tasting room over the past decade plus.  They enjoyed it maybe even more than our customers did!
